군사법원법 제163조(영장집행과 참여권자에 대한 통지)

압수ㆍ수색영장을 집행할 때에는 미리 집행일시와 장소를 제162조에 규정된 사람에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 제162조에 규정된 사람이 참여하지 아니한다는 의사를 표명하거나 긴급한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
