압수ㆍ수색영장을 집행할 때에는 타인의 비밀을 지켜야 하며 처분받는 사람의 명예를 해치지 아니하도록 주의하여야 한다.
When executing a warrant for seizure and search, care shall be taken to keep the secrets of other persons and not to harm the reputation of the person subject to the disposition.
