군사법원법 제156조(영장과 집행)

① 압수ㆍ수색영장은 군검사의 지휘에 따라 군사법경찰관리가 집행한다. 다만, 필요할 때에는 재판장이나 군판사는 서기에게 집행을 명령할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.6>

② 압수ㆍ수색영장의 집행에 관하여는 제121조를 준용한다.

③ 압수ㆍ수색영장은 필요할 때에는 사법경찰관리로 하여금 집행하게 할 수 있다.
