군사경찰의 직무수행에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(교통ㆍ운항ㆍ항행 질서 유지 등)

① 군사경찰은 법 제10조제1항에 따른 단속을 하기 전에 제3조에 따른 신분을 표시하는 증표를 단속 대상자에게 보여줘야 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 단속행위의 세부 절차와 방법, 단속 결과의 처리 등 필요한 사항은 국방부장관이 정한다.
