군보건의료에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(정신건강 실태조사의 대상ㆍ시기 등)

① 법 제16조의2에 따른 정신건강 실태조사(이하 "정신건강 실태조사"라 한다)는 정기조사와 수시조사로 구분하여 실시한다.

② 제1항에 따른 정기조사는 매년 복무 중인 군인등을 대상으로 표본조사를 원칙으로 실시하되, 필요한 경우에는 전수조사로 실시할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 수시조사는 필요시 국방부장관이 그 대상과 시기 등을 정하여 실시할 수 있다.

④ 정신건강 실태조사에는 군 정신건강의학과 전문의가 참여하여 정신건강 상태의 유형 및 정도 등에 대하여 실시한다.

(4) Military밀러테^r리 psychiatry사이카이어트^r리 specialists스페셜러스츠 shall섈 participate파티서페잇 in인 the^ð더 mental멘틀 health헬^θ스 survey,서^v베이 which위치 shall섈 be비 conducted컨덕티드 regarding^r리가딩 the^ð더 types타이프스 and앤드 degree디그^r리 of어^v브 mental멘틀 health헬^θ스 conditions.컨디션즈

⑤ 정신건강 실태조사의 방법은 다음 각 호와 같다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 정신건강 실태조사에 필요한 사항은 국방부장관이 정한다.
