군 공항 이전 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제16조(부담금의 감경)

국가 또는 지방자치단체는 지원사업의 원활한 추진을 위하여 사업시행자에 대한 「개발이익환수에 관한 법률」에 따른 개발부담금, 「농지법」에 따른 농지보전부담금, 「초지법」에 따른 대체초지조성비, 「산지관리법」에 따른 대체산림자원조성비, 「공유수면 관리 및 매립에 관한 법률」에 따른 공유수면 점용료ㆍ사용료 및 「개발제한구역의 지정 및 관리에 관한 특별조치법」에 따른 개발제한구역 보전부담금을 각각의 해당 법률에서 정하는 바에 따라 감경할 수 있다.
