국회법 제145조(회의의 질서 유지)

① 의원이 본회의 또는 위원회의 회의장에서 이 법 또는 국회규칙을 위반하여 회의장의 질서를 어지럽혔을 때에는 의장이나 위원장은 경고나 제지를 할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 조치에 따르지 아니하는 의원에 대해서는 의장이나 위원장은 당일 회의에서 발언하는 것을 금지하거나 퇴장시킬 수 있다.

③ 의장이나 위원장은 회의장이 소란하여 질서를 유지하기 곤란하다고 인정할 때에는 회의를 중지하거나 산회를 선포할 수 있다.
