국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 제112조(간사 및 서기)

① 중앙도시계획위원회에 간사와 서기를 둔다.

② 간사와 서기는 국토교통부 소속 공무원 중에서 국토교통부장관이 임명한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 간사는 위원장의 명을 받아 중앙도시계획위원회의 서무를 담당하고, 서기는 간사를 보좌한다.
