국토안전관리원법 제4조(사무소)

① 관리원의 주된 사무소의 소재지는 정관으로 정한다.

② 관리원은 필요한 경우에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 지사 또는 분사무소를 둘 수 있다.

③ 관리원은 제1항에 따라 주된 사무소의 소재지를 정하거나 제2항에 따라 지사 또는 분사무소를 둘 때에는 지역균형발전을 고려하여야 한다. <개정 2023.6.9>
