Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the National Land, Article 4 (Public Hearings)

①국토교통부장관은 법 제11조에 따라 공청회를 개최하려면 공청회 개최 14일 전까지 다음 각 호의 사항을 일간신문, 관보, 인터넷 홈페이지 또는 방송 등의 방법으로 1회 이상 공고해야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.11.24>
