국토교통과학기술 육성법 제5조(시행계획의 수립ㆍ시행)

① 국토교통부장관은 종합계획의 추진을 위하여 매년 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

(1) To투 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð더 comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 plan,플랜 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 an앤 annual애뉴얼 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "implementation임플러멘테이션 plan").플랜

② 국토교통부장관은 시행계획을 수립하거나 변경하려는 경우에는 제6조제1항에 따른 국토교통과학기술위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 그 밖에 시행계획의 수립ㆍ변경 및 시행 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
