국제형사사법 공조법 제37조(명령 등의 검찰총장 경유)

법무부장관이 이 법에 따라 지방공소청장 또는 검사에게 하는 명령이나 서류송부, 지방공소청장 또는 검사가 법무부장관에게 하는 보고나 서류송부는 검찰총장을 거쳐야 한다. 다만, 고위공직자범죄수사처장 또는 그 소속 검사의 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2021.1.5, 2026.3.24>
