Act on Review of Deaths in the Line of Duty Following the Abolition of the International Cooperation Personnel System, Article 4 (International Cooperation Personnel Line-of-Duty Death Review Committee)

① 국제협력요원의 순직 인정에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 외교부에 국제협력요원 순직심사위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

⑤ 위원회는 심의를 위하여 필요한 경우 다음 각 호의 조치를 할 수 있다.
