국제협력요원 제도 폐지에 따른 순직 심사 등에 관한 법률 제1조(목적)

이 법은 국제협력요원 제도가 폐지됨에 따라 국제협력요원으로서 직무수행 중 사망하거나, 직무수행 중 또는 소집해제 후 직무로 인한 부상ㆍ질병으로 사망한 사람에 대한 순직 심사 및 보훈 등에 관하여 규정함을 목적으로 한다.
