국제조세조정에 관한 법률 시행령 제77조(세무조사 협력)

우리나라의 권한 있는 당국은 법 제39조에 따라 세무조사 협력의 절차ㆍ방법 및 범위 등 국가 간 세무조사 협력을 위하여 필요한 사항을 체약상대국의 권한 있는 당국과 합의할 수 있다.
