국제민사사법공조법 제7조((飜譯文의 첨부))

①외국법원 기타 공무소에 대하여 사법공조를 촉탁하는 경우에는 그 외국의 공용어로 된 촉탁서 기타 관계서류의 번역문을 첨부하여야 한다. 다만, 그 외국의 공용어를 알 수 없는 경우에는 영어로 된 번역문을 첨부할 수 있다.

②당사자는 수소법원에 제출하여야 할 외국으로의 촉탁관계서류에 번역문을 첨부하여야 한다.

③송달받을 자가 외국인으로서 제5조제2항제2호의 규정에 의하여 그 외국의 승인에 따라 그 외국에 주재하는 대한민국의 대사ㆍ공사 또는 영사를 실시기관으로 하여 송달을 촉탁하는 경우에 그 송달할 서류에 관하여는 제1항 및 제2항의 규정을 준용한다.
