국제과학비즈니스벨트 조성 및 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제3조(국제과학비즈니스벨트위원회의 운영)

① 법 제5조에 따른 국제과학비즈니스벨트위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chairperson's체어퍼슨즈 behalf.비해^f프

③ 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

④ 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하려면 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 회의에 부치는 안건 등을 회의 개최 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 서면으로 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급하거나 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

(4) To투 convene컨^v빈 a어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 each이치 member멤버 in인 writing^r라이팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 date데잇 and앤드 place플레이스 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting미팅 and앤드 the^ð디 agenda어젠다 items아이텀즈 to투 be비 submitted서브미티드 to투 the^ð더 meeting미팅 at앳 least리스트 seven세^v븐 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 meeting.미팅 However,하우에^v버 this^ð디스 does더즈 not낫 apply어플라이 where웨어 there^ð데어 is이즈 an앤 urgent얼전트 or오 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reason.^r리즌

⑤ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑥ 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 법 제6조에 따른 사무기구의 장이 된다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(6) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 under언더 Article아터클 6 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act.액트

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.

(7) Except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 paragraphs패^r러그^r래^f프스 (1) through^θ쓰^r루 (6), matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 following^f팔로잉 a어 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee.커미티
