국제경기대회 지원법 제9조(조직위원회의 설립 등)

① 대회의 준비 및 성공적인 개최를 위한 다음 각 호의 사업과 활동을 하기 위하여 문화체육관광부장관의 인가를 받아 대회별 조직위원회(이하 "조직위원회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

(1) An앤 organizing오거나이징 committee커미티 for^f포 each이치 event이^v벤트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 an앤 "organizing오거나이징 committee")커미티 may메이 be비 established이스태블리시트 with위^ð드 the^ð디 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Culture,컬처 Sports스포츠 and앤드 Tourism투^r리점 to투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 projects프^r라젝츠 and앤드 activities액티^v버티즈 for^f포 preparing프^r리페^r링 and앤드 successfully석세스^f펄리 hosting호우스팅 the^ð디 event:이^v벤트

② 조직위원회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) An앤 organizing오거나이징 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 조직위원회에 임원으로 위원장, 부위원장, 집행위원 및 감사를 두고, 조직위원회 업무의 효율적인 추진을 위하여 집행위원회를 둔다.

(3) An앤 organizing오거나이징 committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 chairperson,체어퍼슨 vice^v바이스 chairpersons,체어퍼슨즈 executive이그제큐티^v브 members멤버즈 and앤드 auditors아더터즈 as애즈 officers,오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 shall섈 have해^v브 an앤 executive이그제큐티^v브 committee커미티 to투 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð더 work워크 of어^v브 the^ð디 organizing오거나이징 committee커미티 efficiently.이^f피션틀리

④ 제3항에 따른 임원의 정원, 임기 및 선출 방법, 집행위원회의 구성 및 기능 등에 관한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

(4) Matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 officers,오^f퍼서즈 terms텀즈 of어^v브 office오^f피스 and앤드 methods메^θ써즈 of어^v브 election일렉션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3), and앤드 the^ð더 composition캄퍼지션 and앤드 functions^f펑크션즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 executive이그제큐티^v브 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

⑤ 조직위원회에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

⑥ 조직위원회가 해산하는 경우에 잔여재산의 귀속은 「공익법인의 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률」 제13조를 준용한다.

(6) Where웨어 an앤 organizing오거나이징 committee커미티 is이즈 dissolved,디잘^v브드 the^ð디 attribution애트^r리뷰션 of어^v브 residual^r리지주얼 property프^r라퍼티 is이즈 governed거^v번드 by바이 Article아터클 13 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð디 Establishment이스태블리시먼트 and앤드 Operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 Public-Interest퍼블릭-인트^r리스트 Corporations,코퍼^r레이션즈 which위치 applies어플라이즈 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis.뮤탠디즈

⑦ 조직위원회의 사업계획서와 예산서의 승인, 결산보고, 그 밖에 조직위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
