국제경기대회 지원법 제11조(공무원 등의 파견 등)

① 조직위원회는 업무수행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 문화체육관광부장관의 승인을 받아 관계 행정기관, 지방자치단체, 대회와 관련된 법인 또는 단체에 대하여 「국가공무원법」 제2조제2항 및 「지방공무원법」 제2조에 따른 공무원과 법인 또는 단체의 임직원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 조직위원회가 공무원과 법인 또는 단체의 임직원의 파견을 요청한 경우 관계 행정기관, 지방자치단체 및 법인 또는 단체의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 업무수행에 적합한 사람을 선발ㆍ파견하여야 하며, 파견기간 중 파견근무를 해제하고자 하는 경우에는 조직위원회와 미리 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2023.8.8>

③ 제2항에 따라 공무원과 법인 또는 단체의 임직원을 파견한 관계 행정기관, 지방자치단체 및 법인 또는 단체의 장은 파견된 사람에 대하여 승진ㆍ전보ㆍ교육ㆍ포상 및 후생복지 등에서 불리한 처우를 하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2023.8.8>

④ 조직위원회는 파견된 공무원과 법인 또는 단체의 임직원이 업무수행에 부적합하다고 인정하는 경우에는 해당 공무원 또는 임직원을 파견한 관계 행정기관, 지방자치단체 및 법인 또는 단체에 대하여 파견근무의 해제를 요청할 수 있다.
