국제개발협력기본법 제17조(민간국제개발협력단체 등에 대한 지원)

① 국가등은 이 법에 따른 국제개발협력의 기본정신 및 목표 등에 부합하는 활동을 하는 민간국제개발협력단체 또는 그 단체의 연합체에 대하여 주관기관과 협의하여 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다.

② 국가등은 제1항의 지원을 제공하는 경우 사업의 효과성을 높이기 위하여 적절한 조건을 부과할 수 있다.
