국유재산에매장된물건의발굴에관한규정 제5조(승인의 신청)

매장물의 발굴의 승인(이하 "발굴승인"이라 한다)을 얻고자 하는 자는 매장물의 표시, 그 추정량 및 추정가액과 발굴경위를 기재한 신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 관장기관에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 관장기관은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 재정보증인의 재산세 또는 종합토지세 납세증명서(재정보증인이 보증하는 경우에만 해당하며, 소요경비액의 2분의 1 이상에 상당하는 재산에 대한 것이어야 한다)를 확인하여야 하며, 재정보증인이 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 이를 첨부하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 1989.8.24, 2004.3.17, 2007.7.18, 2010.5.4, 2010.11.2>
