국유재산에매장된물건의발굴에관한규정 제12조(작업진도보고)

①발굴자는 매월15일 및 말일 현재의 매장물발굴 작업진행상황을 각각 그날부터 10일내에 관장기관에 보고하여야 한다. 이 경우에 발굴된 물건이 있을 때에는 그 품명 및 수량 또는 중량을 기재한 명세표를 제출하여야 한다.

②발굴자가 매장물의 발굴작업을 완료하거나 중지한 때에는 그날부터 10일내에 관장기관에 보고하여야 한다.
