국유재산법 제9조(국유재산종합계획)

① 총괄청은 다음 연도의 국유재산의 관리ㆍ처분에 관한 계획의 작성을 위한 지침을 매년 4월 30일까지 중앙관서의 장에게 통보하여야 한다.

② 중앙관서의 장은 제1항의 지침에 따라 국유재산의 관리ㆍ처분에 관한 다음 연도의 계획을 작성하여 매년 6월 30일까지 총괄청에 제출하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 central센트^r럴 government거^v버먼트 agency에이전시 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 a어 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð더 management매너지먼트 and앤드 disposal디스포우즐 of어^v브 State스테잇 property프^r라퍼티 for^f포 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 year이어 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 the^ð더 guidelines가이들라인즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) and앤드 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 General제너^r럴 Management매너지먼트 Authority어^θ쏘^r러티 by바이 June준 30 each이치 year.이어

③ 총괄청은 제2항에 따라 제출된 계획을 종합조정하여 수립한 국유재산종합계획을 국무회의의 심의를 거쳐 대통령의 승인을 받아 확정하고, 회계연도 개시 120일 전까지 국회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.5.28>

(3) The^ð더 General제너^r럴 Management매너지먼트 Authority어^θ쏘^r러티 shall섈 finalize^f파이널라이즈 the^ð더 comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 State스테잇 property프^r라퍼티 plan,플랜 formulated^f포뮬레이티드 by바이 comprehensively캄프^r리헨시^v블리 coordinating코오더네이팅 the^ð더 plans플랜즈 submitted서브미티드 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), after애^f프터 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 by바이 the^ð더 State스테잇 Council카운슬 and앤드 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 President,프^r레저덴트 and앤드 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Assembly어셈블리 at앳 least리스트 120 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 start스타트 of어^v브 the^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year.이어

④ 국유재산종합계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 State스테잇 property프^r라퍼티 plan플랜 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

⑤ 국유재산종합계획을 변경하는 경우에는 제3항을 준용한다.

(5) Paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 where웨어 the^ð더 comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 State스테잇 property프^r라퍼티 plan플랜 is이즈 changed.체인지드

⑥ 총괄청은 제3항 및 제5항에 따라 국유재산종합계획을 확정하거나 변경한 경우에는 중앙관서의 장에게 알리고, 제5항에 따라 변경한 경우에는 지체 없이 국회에 제출하여야 한다.

⑦ 중앙관서의 장은 제3항에 따라 확정된 국유재산종합계획의 반기별 집행계획을 수립하여 해당 연도 1월 31일까지 총괄청에 제출하여야 한다.

(7) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 central센트^r럴 government거^v버먼트 agency에이전시 shall섈 formulate^f포뮬레잇 a어 semiannual세미애뉴월 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð더 comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 State스테잇 property프^r라퍼티 plan플랜 finalized^f파이널라이즈드 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) and앤드 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 General제너^r럴 Management매너지먼트 Authority어^θ쏘^r러티 by바이 January재뉴에^r리 31 of어^v브 the^ð더 year이어 concerned.컨선드

⑧ 총괄청이 제3항에 따라 국유재산종합계획을 수립하는 경우에는 「국가재정법」 제6조제1항에 따른 독립기관의 장(이하 "독립기관의 장"이라 한다)의 의견을 최대한 존중하여야 하며, 국유재산 정책운용 등에 따라 불가피하게 조정이 필요한 때에는 해당 독립기관의 장과 미리 협의하여야 한다.

⑨ 총괄청은 제8항에 따른 협의에도 불구하고 제2항에 따른 독립기관의 계획을 조정하려는 때에는 국무회의에서 해당 독립기관의 장의 의견을 들어야 하며, 총괄청이 그 계획을 조정한 때에는 그 규모 및 이유, 조정에 대한 독립기관의 장의 의견을 국유재산종합계획과 함께 국회에 제출하여야 한다.
