국유재산법 제76조(정보공개)

① 총괄청은 국유재산의 효율적인 관리와 처분을 위하여 보유ㆍ관리하고 있는 정보를 정보통신망을 활용한 정보공개시스템을 통하여 공표하여야 한다.
