국유재산법 제47조의2(대부료의 감면)

중앙관서의 장은 국가가 타인의 재산을 점유하는 동시에 해당 재산 소유자는 일반재산을 점유(이하 "상호 점유"라 한다)하는 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 재산 소유자에게 점유 중인 일반재산의 대부료를 감면할 수 있다.
