국유림의 경영 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(위원회의 운영 등)

①위원장은 위원회의 업무를 총괄하고, 회의를 소집하며 그 의장이 된다.

②위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없는 때에는 부위원장이 그 직무를 대행하며, 위원장과 부위원장이 모두 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2024.7.2>

③회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 shall섈 open오우픈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 간사를 두며, 간사는 지방산림청 소속 공무원 중에서 지방산림청장이 지명한다. <개정 2024.7.2>

⑤ 위원장은 위원회의 심의를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계기관의 장 및 관계자 또는 해당 분야의 전문가를 출석시켜 의견을 들을 수 있다. <신설 2024.7.2>
