Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Management and Administration of State-Owned Forests, Article 20 (Installation of Permanent Structures)

①법 제22조제1항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2020.12.29, 2024.7.23>

1. 국유림의 대부를 받은 자가 대부 목적사업의 수행을 위하여 설치하는 경우
