① 의장은 협의회의 회의를 소집하고, 회의의 의장이 된다.

(1) The^ð더 chair체어 convenes컨^v빈즈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 and앤드 serves서^v브즈 as애즈 the^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 the^ð더 meetings.미팅즈

② 협의회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
