국방정보화 기반조성 및 국방정보자원관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(협의회 구성 등)

① 협의회의 의장은 국방부차관이 된다.

② 협의회에 협의회의 사무를 처리할 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 국방부 국방정보화국장이 된다. <개정 2026.1.2>

(2) One원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 assigned어사인드 to투 the^ð더 Council카운슬 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Director더^r렉터 General제너^r럴 for^f포 Defense디^f펜스 Informatization인^f포머티제이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 National내셔늘 Defense.디^f펜스

③ 협의회의 의장(이하 "의장"이라 한다)은 협의회를 대표하고, 협의회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(3) The^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "chair")체어 represents^r레프^r리젠츠 the^ð더 Council카운슬 and앤드 presides프^r리자이즈 over오우^v버 the^ð더 Council's카운슬즈 affairs.어^f페어즈

④ 의장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 의장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
