국방과학연구소법 제7조의2(국방ㆍ군사시설사업에 관한 특례)

연구소는 「국방ㆍ군사시설 사업에 관한 법률」에서 정하는 바에 따라 국방ㆍ군사시설사업을 시행할 수 있다. 이 경우 연구소는 같은 법 제3조제3호에 따른 다른 법률에 따라 국방ㆍ군사시설사업을 시행하는 자로 본다.
