국민 평생 직업능력 개발법 제42조(학칙)

① 학장은 기능대학을 효율적으로 운영하기 위하여 학칙을 제정 또는 개정할 수 있다.

② 학장은 제1항에 따른 학칙을 제정 또는 개정한 때에는 이를 교육부장관 및 고용노동부장관에게 보고(「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1항제1호에 따른 정보통신망을 이용한 보고를 포함한다)하여야 한다. <개정 2012.2.1, 2013.3.23>

(2) When웬 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 enacts이낵츠 or오 amends어멘즈 the^ð디 academic애커데믹 regulations^r레귤레이션즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 report^r리포트 it잇 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 and앤드 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Employment엠플로이먼트 and앤드 Labor레이버 (including인클루딩 reporting^r리포팅 through^θ쓰^r루 an앤 information인^f퍼메이션 and앤드 communications커뮤너케이션즈 network네트워크 under언더 Article아터클 2 (1) 1 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 Promotion프^r러모우션 of어^v브 Information인^f퍼메이션 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Network네트워크 Utilization유털러제이션 and앤드 Information인^f퍼메이션 Protection).프^r러텍션

③ 제1항에 따른 학칙의 제정 및 개정 절차, 기재사항, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
