국민의 형사재판 참여에 관한 법률 제25조(질문표)

① 법원은 배심원후보자가 제28조제1항에서 정하는 사유에 해당하는지의 여부를 판단하기 위하여 질문표를 사용할 수 있다.

② 배심원후보자는 정당한 사유가 없는 한 질문표에 기재된 질문에 답하여 이를 법원에 제출하여야 한다.
