국민기초생활 보장법 시행령 제7조(근로능력이 있는 수급자)

① 법 제9조제5항 전단에 따른 근로능력이 있는 수급자는 18세 이상 64세 이하의 수급자로 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 제외한다. <개정 2015.4.20>

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항제2호에 따른 근로능력평가를 「국민연금법」 제24조에 따른 국민연금공단에 의뢰할 수 있다. <신설 2012.6.12, 2015.4.20>

③ 제1항제2호에 따른 판정에 이의가 있는 사람은 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 재판정(再判定)을 신청할 수 있다. <신설 2012.6.12, 2015.4.20>
