국민건강증진법 시행령 제4조(국민건강증진정책심의위원회 위원의 임기 및 운영 등)

①법 제5조에 따른 국민건강증진정책심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다) 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원의 임기는 그 재직기간으로 한다.

②위원회의 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고 위원회의 사무를 총괄한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 exercise엑서사이즈 overall오우^v버^r롤 control컨트^r로울 of어^v브 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④위원회는 심의사항을 전문적으로 연구ㆍ검토하기 위하여 분야별로 전문위원회를 둘 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 establish이스태블리시 specialized스페셜라이즈드 committees커미티즈 by바이 field^f필드 to투 conduct칸덕트 specialized스페셜라이즈드 research^r리서치 and앤드 review^r리^v뷰 of어^v브 the^ð더 matters매터즈 under언더 deliberation.딜리버^r레이션

⑤이 영에서 정한 것 외에 위원회의 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
