국민건강증진법 시행령 제16조(담배갑포장지에 대한 경고그림등의 표기내용 및 표기방법)

① 법 제9조의2제1항 및 제3항에 따라 다음 각 호의 담배의 담배갑포장지에 표기하는 경고그림 및 경고문구의 표기내용은 법 제9조의2제1항제1호부터 제3호까지의 내용을 명확하게 알릴 수 있어야 한다.

(1) The^ð더 content칸텐트 of어^v브 the^ð더 warning워닝 pictures픽처즈 and앤드 warning워닝 phrases^f프^r레이지즈 displayed디스플레이드 on안 the^ð더 packages패커지즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 tobacco터배코우 under언더 Article아터클 9-2 (1) and앤드 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 be비 capable케이퍼블 of어^v브 clearly클리어리 conveying컨^v베이잉 the^ð더 content칸텐트 of어^v브 Article아터클 9-2 (1) 1 through^θ쓰^r루 3 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act:액트

② 제1항에 따른 경고그림 및 경고문구의 구체적 표기내용은 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다. 이 경우 보건복지부장관은 그 표기내용의 사용기준 및 사용방법 등 그 사용에 필요한 세부사항을 함께 고시할 수 있다.

③ 보건복지부장관은 제2항에 따라 경고그림 및 경고문구의 구체적 표기내용을 고시하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다. 이 경우 해당 고시의 시행에 6개월 이상의 유예기간을 두어야 한다.

④ 법 제9조의2제1항 및 제3항에 따라 이 조 제1항 각 호의 담배의 담배갑포장지에 표기하는 경고그림ㆍ경고문구ㆍ발암성물질 및 금연상담전화의 전화번호(이하 "경고그림등"이라 한다)의 표기방법은 별표 1의2와 같다.

(4) The^ð더 method메^θ써드 of어^v브 displaying디스플레이잉 the^ð더 warning워닝 pictures,픽처즈 warning워닝 phrases,^f프^r레이지즈 carcinogens,카시너전즈 and앤드 telephone텔러^f폰 number넘버 of어^v브 the^ð더 smoking스모우킹 cessation세세이션 helpline헬플라인 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "warning워닝 pictures,픽처즈 etc.")엣세터^r러 on안 the^ð더 packages패커지즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 tobacco터배코우 in인 each이치 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) under언더 Article아터클 9-2 (1) and앤드 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 is이즈 as애즈 set셋 out아웃 in인 Attached어태치트 Table테이블 1-2.

⑤ 제4항에 따른 경고그림등의 표기방법을 변경하는 경우에는 그 시행에 6개월 이상의 유예기간을 두어야 한다.

⑥ 「담배사업법」에 따른 담배(제1항 각 호의 담배를 말한다)의 제조자 또는 수입판매업자(이하 "제조자등"이라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 담배에 대해서는 제3항에 따른 고시 또는 제5항에 따른 변경이 있는 날부터 1년까지는 종전의 내용과 방법에 따른 경고그림등을 표기하여 판매할 수 있다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 경고그림등의 표기내용 및 표기방법 등에 필요한 세부사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
