국립대학병원 설치법 제19조(출연 또는 보조)

① 정부는 대학병원의 기본 시설ㆍ설비 등의 설치를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 출연금(出捐金)을 지급할 수 있다.

② 대학병원의 의학계 교육 및 연구에 드는 경비는 예산의 범위에서 정부가 보조한다.

(2) Expenses익스펜시즈 for^f포 education에저케이션 and앤드 research^r리서치 in인 the^ð더 medical메더클 field^f필드 of어^v브 a어 university유너^v버서티 hospital하스피틀 shall섈 be비 subsidized서브시다이즈드 by바이 the^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget.버짓

③ 대학병원의 운영비 및 시설ㆍ설비에 드는 경비와 차관(借款)의 원리금 상환 경비는 대학병원의 수익으로 충당한다. 다만, 부족한 경우에는 정부가 보조할 수 있다.

(3) Operating아퍼^r레이팅 expenses익스펜시즈 and앤드 expenses익스펜시즈 for^f포 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 and앤드 equipment이큅먼트 of어^v브 a어 university유너^v버서티 hospital,하스피틀 and앤드 expenses익스펜시즈 for^f포 repayment^r리페이먼트 of어^v브 principal프^r린서플 and앤드 interest인트^r리스트 on안 loans,론즈 shall섈 be비 covered커^v버드 by바이 the^ð더 university유너^v버서티 hospital's하스피틀즈 revenue:^r레^v버누 Provided,프^r러^v바이디드 That^ð댓 where웨어 insufficient,인서^f피션트 the^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 may메이 subsidize서브시다이즈 them.^ð뎀

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 출연금 및 보조금의 지급ㆍ사용 및 관리 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

⑤ 개인이나 법인 또는 단체는 대학병원의 사업을 지원하기 위하여 대학병원에 금전이나 그 밖의 재산을 출연할 수 있다.
