국립대학법인 서울대학교 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제26조(예산 및 결산 등)

① 총장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 세입ㆍ세출 예산안을 교육부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 총장은 회계연도마다 회계법인의 검사를 받은 재무제표를 포함한 결산서를 이사회의 의결이 있은 후 20일 이내에 교육부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
