국내입양에 관한 특별법 제36조(비밀유지의 의무)

국가아동권리보장원, 아동복지시설, 제13조제3항에 따라 입양 전 아동을 보호한 기관 및 제37조에 따라 업무를 위탁받은 사회복지법인 또는 단체에 종사하는 사람 또는 종사하였던 사람, 제13조제3항에 따라 입양 전 아동을 보호하는 자 또는 보호하였던 자는 이 법에 따른 업무를 행하는 과정에서 알게 된 비밀을 누설하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 제33조에 따라 입양정보를 공개하는 때는 예외로 한다. <개정 2025.11.11>
