국고금 관리법 제26조(선급과 개산급)

지출관은 운임, 용선료(傭船料), 공사ㆍ제조ㆍ용역 계약의 대가, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 경비로서 그 성질상 미리 지급하지 아니하거나 개산(槪算)하여 지급하지 아니하면 해당 사무나 사업에 지장을 가져올 우려가 있는 경비의 경우에는 이를 미리 지급하거나 개산하여 지급할 수 있다.
