국고금 관리법 시행령 제25조(지출원인행위의 제한)

① 법 제21조에 따라 지출원인행위에 관한 사무를 위임받은 재무관이 지출원인행위를 할 때에는 「국가재정법」 제43조의2에 따라 재배정된 예산의 범위를 초과해서는 아니 된다. <개정 2022.3.22>

② 재무관은 「국가재정법」 제53조제1항에 따라 예산을 초과하여 수입대체경비를 집행하려는 경우에는 제1항에도 불구하고 「국가재정법 시행령」 제24조에 따라 재무관별로 통지된 수입대체경비의 예산초과집행한도액 및 예산초과수입의 범위에서 지출원인행위를 할 수 있다.

③ 기금을 관장하는 중앙관서의 장은 기금운용계획의 범위에서 기금의 월별 자금운용계획을 수립할 수 있으며, 기금의 재무관은 중앙관서의 장으로부터 월별 자금운용계획이 통지된 경우에는 그 월별 자금운용계획의 범위에서 지출원인행위를 하여야 한다.
