국가통합교통체계효율화법 제69조(보고 등)

① 국토교통부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 사업시행자에 대하여 복합환승센터의 개발 및 관리에 필요한 보고를 하게 하거나 자료를 제출할 것을 명할 수 있으며 소속 공무원으로 하여금 복합환승센터의 개발 및 관리에 관한 업무를 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따라 검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 나타내는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여주어야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 검사를 하는 경우 검사 7일 전까지 검사 이유 및 검사내용 등에 관한 검사계획을 사업시행자에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급히 처리할 필요가 있거나 사전 통지를 하면 증거인멸 등으로 조사의 목적을 달성할 수 없다고 판단되는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

④ 환승센터의 설치자(「도로법」 등 관계 법령에 따라 환승센터를 설치하는 자를 말한다) 또는 복합환승센터의 사업시행자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 환승센터 또는 복합환승센터 현황을 국토교통부장관에게 보고 또는 통보하여야 한다. <신설 2018.9.18>
