Enforcement Decree of the National Integrated Transport System Efficiency Act, Article 98 (Designation of New Transport Technologies)

국토교통부장관은 법 제102조제1항에 따라 교통신기술을 지정하였을 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 관보에 고시하고, 신청인에게 교통신기술 지정증서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
