국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제94조(연구ㆍ개발사업에 대한 평가 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 분야별 전담기관의 장이 수행하는 연구ㆍ개발사업의 기획ㆍ평가 및 관리 등의 업무 전반에 대하여 조사ㆍ분석 및 평가 계획(이하 "평가계획"이라 한다)을 세우고, 매년 11월 30일까지 분야별 전담기관의 장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 분야별 전담기관의 장은 평가계획에 따라 연도별 사업시행계획서, 협약을 체결한 과제 목록 등을 제출하여야 한다.

③ 분야별 전담기관의 장은 평가계획을 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우 주관연구기관의 장에게 진도보고서를 요청하거나 현장 평가 및 조사를 할 수 있으며, 그 결과를 연구ㆍ개발과제의 중간평가 또는 최종평가에 반영할 수 있다.

④ 분야별 전담기관의 장은 연구ㆍ개발과제를 평가할 때에는 상대평가의 방법을 사용하여야 한다. 다만, 평가대상 연구ㆍ개발과제의 규모, 특성 등을 고려하여 절대평가의 방법을 병행할 수 있다.

⑤ 분야별 전담기관의 장은 평가 결과를 국토교통부장관에게 보고하고, 주관연구기관의 장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑥ 국토교통부장관은 평가계획과 분야별 전담기관의 장이 제출한 자료를 토대로 분야별 전담기관이 담당하는 연구ㆍ개발사업에 대하여 평가를 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑦ 국토교통부장관은 제6항에 따른 평가를 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 심사위원회를 둘 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑧ 심사위원회 위원장은 국토교통부의 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 중에서 국토교통부장관이 임명하는 사람으로 하고, 심사위원회의 구성과 운영은 국토교통부장관이 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
