국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제52조(토지소유자에 대한 환지)

① 법 제56조제1항에 따라 환지를 받을 수 있는 토지소유자는 복합환승센터개발계획에서 정한 유치업종에 적합한 복합환승센터시설을 설치하려는 자로서 복합환승센터의 지정ㆍ고시일 현재 복합환승센터개발계획에서 정한 최소공급면적 이상의 토지를 소유한 자로 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 환지를 받으려는 자는 환지신청서에 복합환승센터시설 설치계획서를 첨부하여 사업시행자에게 제출하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 환지 신청은 사업시행자가 해당 복합환승센터에 관한 보상공고에서 정한 협의기간에 하여야 한다.
