Enforcement Decree of the National Integrated Transport System Efficiency Act, Article 42 (Requests for Designation of Multimodal Transfer Centers)

① 법 제45조제4항에 따라 복합환승센터의 지정을 요청하려는 자(중앙행정기관의 장은 제외한다)는 복합환승센터의 개발에 관한 계획(이하 "복합환승센터개발계획"이라 한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류 및 도면을 첨부하여 지정권자에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 지정권자는 제1항에 따른 복합환승센터의 지정 요청이 있는 지역이 복합환승센터로 지정하기에 적합하지 아니하다고 인정되는 경우 또는 제41조에 따라 지정 여부를 판단한 결과 복합환승센터 지정에 적합하지 아니하다고 인정되는 경우에는 그 이유를 지정을 요청한 자에게 알려야 한다.
