국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제41조(복합환승센터의 지정 시 검토사항)

법 제45조제1항에 따른 복합환승센터 지정권자(이하 "지정권자"라 한다)는 같은 조 제2항 및 제3항에 따라 복합환승센터를 지정하려는 경우에는 환승거리, 소요 시간, 환승시설의 편리성 및 대중교통수단 간 연계 등을 종합적으로 판단하여 지정 여부를 결정하여야 한다.
