국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제105조(국가교통위원회의 운영)

① 국가교통위원회의 위원장은 국가교통위원회의 사무를 총괄하며 그 회의의 의장이 된다.

② 국가교통위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 부위원장이, 위원장 및 부위원장이 모두 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지정한 위원이 위원장의 직무를 대행한다.

③ 국가교통위원회의 회의는 위원장이 소집한다.

④ 국가교통위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
