국가철도공단법 제23조(역세권 개발사업 등)

① 국가는 공단이 시행하는 철도의 역세권 및 철도 부근 지역의 개발사업에 대하여 철도시설의 건설을 촉진하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원을 할 수 있다.

② 공단이 시행하는 철도의 역세권 및 철도 부근 지역의 개발사업의 범위와 제1항에 따른 역세권 및 철도 부근 지역의 범위 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
