국가정보원직원법 시행령 제41조의2(심사 또는 재심사 청구)

① 징계의결 요구권자가 「국가공무원법」 제82조제2항에 따라 심사(고등징계위원회의 의결에 대해서는 재심사를 말한다)를 청구하려는 경우에는 제42조에 따라 징계의결을 통보받은 날부터 15일 이내에 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 징계의결 심사(재심사) 청구서에 징계의결서 사본과 사건 관계 기록을 첨부하여 고등징계위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 심사 또는 재심사 청구에 대해서는 그 성질에 반하지 아니하는 한 제29조부터 제41조까지의 징계 절차를 준용한다.
