국가정보원직원법 시행령 제18조(경력평정)

① 경력은 "갑"경력, "을"경력 및 "병"경력으로 구분하여, "갑"경력은 해당 계급 또는 그 상당 계급 이상에서의 국정원 근무경력으로 하고, "을"경력은 차하위(次下位) 계급 또는 그 상당 계급에서의 국정원 근무경력으로 하며, "병"경력은 해당 계급 상당의 다른 공무원 근무경력으로 한다.

② 경력평정은 경력 개월수를 단위로 하여 평정점수를 계산하되, "갑"경력, "을"경력 및 "병"경력의 각 평정점수를 합계한 것을 경력평정점수로 한다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 5급 이상 직원의 경력평정점수는 "갑"경력 및 "을"경력의 각 평정점수를 합계한 것으로 한다. 이 경우 수행한 직무의 난이도 및 전문성 등을 평가하여 각 평정점수에 반영할 수 있다. <신설 2024.12.17>

④ 제3항 후단에 따라 직무의 난이도 및 전문성 등을 평가하는 기준은 원장이 정한다. <신설 2024.12.17>

⑤ 경력평정 대상기간은 평정기준일부터 최근 8년으로 한다. <개정 2024.12.17>

⑥ 경력평정 대상기간에는 휴직기간 및 정직기간을 산입(算入)하지 아니한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기간은 산입한다. <개정 2018.11.20, 2024.12.17>
